in Life Asia Pacific Council of Optometry

It is great honour to be asked to write few words on the
occasion of the 50th Anniversary of the Hong Kong Optometric
Association. I on behalf of the members of the APCO would like
to extend our heartfelt congratulation on this great occasion.

Having looked at the profile, it is interesting to note the active role
the Association has played in the progress of Optometry in Hong
Kong. You have been continuously working to unite the members
視覺生活 of the trade, develop the optometric profession and to provide the
best eye and health care to the society at large. You have achieved
legislative development on optometry regulation, optical trade
courses and have provided continuous educational development
for members to enhance their knowledge in field of optometry.

Been a member association of APCO since 2005, we are proud
of your achievement in these 50 years and hope you endeavour
V to progress further providing the best optometric services to the
people of Hong Kong.
